Patrick M. Karnley is a development worker and a change driven person. He has been engaged professionally with development work since 2014 as an M &E officer for Leading Change Inc. up to present. As a young professional, Patrick has been able to bring to concrete reality his expertise in monitoring all of Leading Change Project and make cogent recommendation for improvement on outputs. At leading change he also assists in the area of Research Assistant and coordinates project activities. He is also a part-time teacher at the Sr. Shirley Kolmer memorial Catholic high school in Bardnesville Estate where he teaches Religious Education.
Additionally, Patrick M. Karnley is a 2013 graduate of the St. Paul college-Seminary in Gbarnga Bony County with a BA (Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy). Presently, Patrick is a master’s degree candidate at the Cuttington University Graduate School in Congo Town reading Education Administration and Supervision.
Lastly, Patrick is currently working on an Inter and Intra high school Debate project for high school student, aimed at strengthening their intellectual capacity to contribute substantively to development.
